Im 5550983, and delivery was to be 4-29, but its sitting FRAP awaiting stickers and CF. It wont be a long wait. I spent a decade doing events for SA as a regional director and made many friends at FoMoCo, including Henry III and Jim Owens. (Although Indont think Jim likes my brother very much -lol). Word Im getting is that they will extend 2020 production to honor allocation allotment. It is a complicated and politcal nightmare to cancel builds.

Ours is behind yours in line some place at FRAP. Great history Warren! They are worth the wait! GT350RHE have a great experience with your son and your new Machine!

You still got your 2008 GT500 convertible with the rare stripe Red Stripe option called "54R"?

If you still have it your 2008 convertible is either Black or White as GT500 convertibles in 2008 and 2009 could not be had with OTT stripes unless they were ordered their GT500's convertibles in either Black or White and then could get Red OTT stripes via the not widely known option called "54R".

None of the 2007 GT500 convertibles had the option for OTT stripes and after many complaints from the convertible owners Ford relented for 2008 and 2009 MY's and then in 2010 OTT stripes became a regular production option in numerous colors for 2010 GT500 convertibles.

Sorry for all of the posts. Louisiana is apparently going on lockdown tomorrow so I need to get some supplies to my Grandparents first thing in the morning.

Regarding the question of overlapping Serial Numbers, can we try and verify if there are duplicates other than #1? I ask because the more I read over the documentation that I was given with this car and the dates/odd things that I see, I'm just a little confused as far as why they would do what they did.

Another question I have is, for the other guys that have 2020's, if you open the engine compartment, does the radiator support look like it has holes for the hood pin mechanism's from the GT500? My 2015 GT350 doesn't, but this car does. It just looks awkward because it seems like something is missing.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, the dealer that I bought the car from, Lutesville Ford in Marble Hill, MO, didn’t charge a single additional fee, which apparently is their standard practice. So no title fees, prep fees, or other stupid garbage that 99% of other dealers charge. In addition, they were super awesome people!

Next year, during Mardi gras, I’m shipping them some king cakes!

These cars really do look badass with tint! 1500 miles, oil change done, one last body panel adjustment coming up and the wheel order is placed.

Everywhere I go people want to know about this special car and it’s the craziest thing. With all the attention and my diving experience so far I’ve come to the conclusion that this car really is a female. Nice, soft, wanting your full attention at all times while driving and when pushed will rip you head off...
