I still haven’t received my factory front splitter. Ford put a Performance pack 2 splitter in the car instead of the Shelby one when they shipped it. They keep making me send them more pictures. The dealer is awesome but this is getting annoying...

Agreed that many items designate an R car vs a standard 350. That is the only item though that I am aware of that states it’s full nature (with verbiage) of being a GT350R. I would assume Ford would indeed correct the dash plaque if brought to their attention

edit: That photo with the blue R stitching in the seat is interesting, what year/chassis did that come off of??

I also want to know about the Blue R stitching.

That is unfortunate my friend, hopefully they get you the correct splitter shortly...in the mean time you are still the only owner (that I know of) of a 350R HEP and I believe photos are needed for the rest of us while we wait for our cars!

I had a 2014 GT500 with a all options including the Glass Roof. I loved that car, but then I got the 2015 GT350 and thought it was the perfect Mustang. I’ve had that car since new, but it is a Track Pack, which is awesome, but really stripped.

This new 2020 GT350R HEP with all of the options is truly perfect! I like the new Sync. I Love the B&O System, and ride quality is perfect. I can’t speak to handling yet because, after reading the stories of the new 2019/2020 engine mods, I really don’t want to risk improper break-in issues...

I wonder if I should bring it around NOLA during the CV lockdown and take some awesome pictures around the City since it looks like a ghost town now. I’m not far away and would avoid people like the plague...

Here are some pictures of a 1 of 1 2016 GT350R that is the only R model that came from the FRAP with a full back seat.

This vehicle belongs to the owner of a Ford dealership that I bought a lot of cars from with this R model supposedly planned to go to Jay Leno but in fact ended up with a friend and owner of a Ford dealership in the Southeast.

The last high bidders on this car were the present owner, Edsel Ford and Jay Leno and is a pretty cool car for sure and still in the wrapper.

My apologies for going off topic as that was certainly not my intent.

Fortunately I was able to purchase all of my 3 Pilot Production Boss 302's from this same dealership which started a long lasting relationship between us both many years ago.

Having been a Ford enthusiast for over 50 years I will suggest that this dealership, another dealership in the Southwest and a Western Canadian Ford dealership are my favorites by a long shot with all being terrific people!
