Do you have an idea what the chassis number means? I couldn't really find anything about what the numbers mean.My chassis number was not on my 2019 window sticker.
You have the 118th HEP build.Do you have an idea what the chassis number means? I couldn't really find anything about what the numbers mean.
I know the first letter represents what model year (I have a 2020 so I have L) but what does the numbers 0118 mean? I didn't really know that this was a thing with Mustangs.
I thought it meant that my car was the 118th GT350 to be made that year but I saw some GT500 chassis numbers and they were up in the 1000s so I don't think I am correct.
SV902 is damn close thoughIts a real shame you won't make a replica R wheel.
Yes, I know. I like that wheel. I have two sets. I was after T to produce replica R and CFTP wheels for the longest time, but I was told there wouldn't be enough interest and that Signature (in loose terms) wasn't interested in getting into the reproduction wheel market.SV902 is damn close though
You know, now that I’ve thought about it, I’m going to research that.Do you have an idea what the chassis number means? I couldn't really find anything about what the numbers mean.

Interesting, yeah I dont really know how the chassis numbers work, I couldn't find anything other than the letter codes corresponding to the model year. I guess maybe there are 4 different chassis numbers? Two for the GT350/GT350R and two for GT350HEP/GT350HEPR.You know, now that I’ve thought about it, I’m going to research that.
Having a HEP 350 with the chassis # “L0118” would imply that it is indeed the 118th HEP 350 produced, but that may also imply that there are no other 350’s with the chassis # 118, when indeed there were more than 118 GT350s produced by the time your car was assigned that chassis #.
I’d be certainly interested to know how FordPerformance planned out the implementation of the HEP chassis number amongst the other 350’s.
The HEP cars have their own chassis numbers, although confusingly they don't have a different code to the non-HEP cars, only a different color What this means is that L0118 on a HEP car is the 118th HEP GT350 made. On a non-HEP car, it's the 118th non-HEP 2020 GT350 made.Interesting, yeah I dont really know how the chassis numbers work, I couldn't find anything other than the letter codes corresponding to the model year. I think its awesome though that I have 0118, 8 is my lucky number. I always end up being something around the number 8 because of my last name. 118 was actually my roster number in boot camp so that is super cool
My window sticker does not have chassis number on it.I received my window sticker this week, and after a closer look, I think my chassis number might be on it. For those that have already taken delivery or have your chassis number is it on your window sticker (top left third of the sheet or the bottom in the Special Order box)?
Interesting... so duplicates for the R’s but no duplicates for the non-R’s?The HEP cars have their own chassis numbers, although confusingly they don't have a different code to the non-HEP cars, only a different color What this means is that L0118 on a HEP car is the 118th HEP GT350 made. On a non-HEP car, it's the 118th non-HEP 2020 GT350 made.
Same with the R models: LR118 on a HEP R is the 118th HEP GT350R made and LR118 on a non-HEP GT350R is the 118th non-HEP 2020 GT350R made.
Hope this helps.
Ben
No there are duplicates for both. That's at least what I was trying to sayInteresting... so duplicates for the R’s but no duplicates for the non-R’s?
Interesting
