Are you telling me that basically a month after production started there was only ONE new rare Mustang at an event, but a bunch of older cars? What can this mean!
I get what you’re saying but track folks can be a bit different, people will get a new car and take it out to the first events they can. There was no s650s at barber this weekend. Lots of s550 a few s197, a couple Shelby’s including a former FPRS Track Attack GT500 and 4 Mach1s including me. Just surprised as new “track”
models are usually out right after they become widely available.

Next time I'll let you drive my manual and we'll see how it compares manual to manual. I bet your hyped up set up would be way better. How did you drive Ivan's auto - track mode or sport + mode? He does his laps in sport, I did mine in track mode and it was hell of a fun...

Can you post a link to a professional review comparing times run the same day between the Mach 1 and GT350R? I'm assuming you have that based on your emphatic statement.
I just LOVE how GT350 owners get triggered by anything comparable to their venerable GT350s outperforms their Mustangs. 😂

The GT350 is not a Ferrari. The GT350 is not a Corvette. The GT350 is not a McClaren. It is a Mustang with an imbalanced Voodoo engine that slowly rattles itself to death.

And "same same day"? 😂

Sure. But the lap times are close enough they are a wash. You need at least 1.2 seconds difference to get all high and mighty about superiority one over another.

It's interesting to see the difference in opinions between different forums on the Dark Horse. Here it gets zero respect, but on other forums people are singing it's praises after the results it posted at the lightning lap. Is it my cup of tea? Absolutely not, but it still put up a damn impressive lap time.

Wow. First the DH, and now we're trashing GT350s. Biased much?

Yeah, can we please stick to trashing Camaros and Mopars like a proper Mustang community. 🤭

Exactly. Looks and numb steering aside, the Dark Horse is as every bit as track capable as the M1. Some people here just like to hate.

Same as the GT350 guys hate the Mach1. Funny the DH is no joke, but the Mach1 is according to some.

For me the M1 is the most underrated Mustang.

Under my opinion, it's a shame launch a new generation car, and make the same time that a generation with 9 years old technology, this is not happens with Porsche or other brands.

Well lets be honest. The S650 is basically just version 2.0 of the S550 anyway. Not a ton changed (or needed to). Plus it's hard to improve on something that had so much right to begin with. One of these days they'll figure out how to trim some weight off the Mustang though.
