I'm running a set of these right now. GOing onto my 5th day. Hmmm.....didn't realize there were more
They sold out months ago then another batch of 20 or whatever showed up. I got 4 fronts earlier this year but haven’t seen them since. Didn’t realize I’d heat cycle out rears at 8 days vs 4-5 days chording fronts, so stocked up on the wrong ones a bit...

The 315 doesn’t fit/work well on the front of the R with cf wheels does it? I figured it might rub and I’ve never had luck / been a fan with messing with different size tires. Screwed up the PSM badly on my 911 doing this, and also got bad rubbing on the track.

They'll fit fine up front. Have a few buddies that have run the 315 tire up front. I run them square on 19x11 et50 wheels with 25mm spacers

Well, that solves my tire dilemma. Order placed.

Thanks for sharing the listing @MikeR397! :like:

They will fit fine up front without needing spacers on the cf wheel?

I guess another question, any reason I can’t put my spare rear cf wheels with 315 up front (no spacers) to try 315 square setup on all oem rear cf wheels?

They won't fit without about 25mm or more of spacer since the offsets are different

Will the 315's work up front on a GT350 with the standard non R 10.5 inch wheel without a spacer?

There are 2 questions there: will the 315 work on a 10.5" rim width, and will the resulting package clear the strut

For the first question, the tire specs on Tirerack.com will give a recommended rim width range.
For the 2nd, you'd have to talk to someone who tried it (can't help there, sorry)

I haven't personally tried this, but it isn't an ideal setup. The 315 is slightly pinched on an 11in wheel, so it will be much more pinched on a 10.5.

As far as strut clearance, it should clear.

For stock non-R wheels, a 305 is a better option. Run those on all (4) corners for a balanced feel on track.

The 10.5" rim is the minimum recommended by Michelin. I agree w/ Kevin; the 305 will probably work better on that wheel.

Not too concerned about the pinch since it is within the tire specs. Strut and fender clearance is the main concern. I understand the pjinched / stretched issues. This would be for autocross and I can get a good deal on this size versus 305's.
