Sorry for the late response. The GT350 kits are now offered with the Gen 3 head unit standard. I do not believe Whipple is going to release a 3.0L upside down kit for the 350 though. Only 2018+ 5.0L Mustangs and F150's will have that option.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared
Better late than never :)

Wondering what about the packaging would prevent it from working on the 350?

I honestly don't have the answer to that one. Anything is possible but from what I'm being told by Whipple is that the 2018 GT 3.0L Kit will not fit on the 15-17 models.

Wait a minute... Is that car on the dyno? If not, holy $h1t!

LOL deployed and have plenty of time while my car collects dust and parts 1200 miles away. but hey at least it keeps the miles off it.

id rock a whipple no doubt but id appreciate less sifting through the bullshit and nonsense claims.

If the whipple people had half a brain they would let the product speak for itself instead of pulling random glory numbers out of their...........

You do remember that the famed dyno sheet was posted by Lethal, not Whipple. Whipple merely said it was possible...

900 HP. man...that's ah....that's like having a 2012 Shelby GT500 + a 2003 Terminator Cobra under one hood!!!

In all seriousness though...that is awesome. Question: since the blower was flipped, does that mean it would clear a struts tower brace? And two, could that packaging be applied to the 2015 design such that it too could clear a strut tower brace?

How about an official statement from Whipple on the power numbers and a nice video showing how the car drives with that power.

Has to be a fully built car to make these numbers.

Some initial calibration testing on the 2018 Mustang GT auto with the new Whipple Gen 5 3.0L supercharger system, courtesy of Lethal Performance:

Seems to be about 4 seconds or upper 3's to 62 mph (100 kph). Not very impressed. I would have some good sticky dr's out back with this on board. To noisy. I prefer a stealth blower, such as the Easton that was on the 2013-14 GT500. And ROUSH blowers are way over rated. I don't know why Ford dumped Whipple after so many good years with them. I'd love to do this system if it were quieter. Just a nice daily with enough ooomph to wave "see ya!!!" to a friend that says a mildly modded mustang can't beat a stock C7 Z0. I reminded him that the new C7 Z0 is only a little quicker to 60 due to the auto trans and track level tires, compared to a stock C6 Z0, and they're about 2-3 mph apart in trap speed, with the C7 being the faster in speed. Plus most states where it's warm and humid 4-7 months a year will see 2-5% power loss due to the heat, and another 3-7% due to high DA in that heat. So realistically, in the summer in S FL or the Gulf states, a 800 crank hp car will be making closer to 700-720 hp.
