My best 60s have resulted from ~1200 rpm launches. Launching from idle results in slower 60s for me. I'm also N/A on a 6r80 with 3.15s.

I'd think you likely have other things contributing to your 60ft. If addressed, I bet you'd be quicker going to WOT from idle.

I get my best 60 foot and reaction time doing this. I let off the brake and hit the gas on the last yellow.

Loading the converter slows my car down. Don't know why.

Exactly. Allowing the rpms to flash up quickly by stomping the accelerator from idle, allows the converter to couple quicker.

Guess I'll need to try that. TC off as well, I assume?
Best I've been able to do is a 0-60 @ 4.7 or 4.8 w/ TC off on the 6R80, and launching at around 1700-2000 RPM (using the 0-60 acceleration timer within the car).
