I'm curious. Considering its cattless long tubes with extremes would you attribute the deepness of your sound to your dynomax bullets? Finally didnt rain for a bit took a quick video of current setup.
16 gt procharged with tial bov
Kooks catless longtubes
Corsa extremes
Dynomax bullets installed where factory connect was
Lmk your input.
Sounds good man. I can tell you my catted ARH with direct connect to extreme (no resonators yet) are a much higher tone. I was looking at 3" in / out 12" long vibrants right before the mufflers as an option, but sounds like these also need to be considered. Are these 3" or do they neck down ?Yes 100%. It was very high pitched before the bullets
Were they the 24222? Says the muffler body is 12" but full length is 16.5. The vibrants I was considering were 12" total I believe. Not sure these would fit right before the mufflers...They are 3" in and out. Its a win win. Its full 3" now. Much deeper and smoother low snd mid but still has the hell breaking loose sound when your on it. There is no drone but a tsd more cabin noise at certain rpms. I think its due to thd sound actually being deeper.
Oh perhaps they were the mini race bullets? The 24250 is 3" in and out and only about 9" total. I hadn't looked at the minis as I did not think they would bring the volume or the tone down all that much. If that's the case then those are definitely an option. Not sure of exact number. They are short. Think only 9-10" total
Curious do you happen to have any clips from before the bullets to compare?Yea must be the mini bullets. Doesnt make it a whole lot quieter but takes the edge off and i think gives a better sound.
Oh man you're right they definitely toned it down / cleaned up the sound. I would even say it reduced the volume some. Did you find they made any difference for cold starts or not so much?
There you go.
