Of course it's loud. You just removed a giant resonator and more restrictive cats for higher flowing cats and headers with thinner walls. You need to have a resonator in the mid pipe if you want to tone things down with headers. It helps a lot.

Headers void warranty?

Doesn't "void" but provides merit to deny a warranty claim if they attribute the mod as the cause. Example, say your within warranty, you install long tubes. Down the road your ac goes out. Ac will still be covered by warranty. But say your engine blows, and they blame the tune loaded for the headers, then they would deny that warranty claim. This is not header specific this is for any mod really.

Ok, so suppose I have the Roush SC installed by dealer with that tune. Then I get Kooks. Does the header tune go on top of SC tune?
