P0521 522 523 or 524?

P06DB, P06DD

There might be others but any or all of these would indicate an oil starvation issue.
Here are the codes:
P0011, P0103, P0113, P0300, P0316, P061C

P0103 and P0113 are for me not having the MAF plugged in cause the intake is off

Gen3’s don’t have the oil level sensor. Just 2011-17
Ok, I looked at gen 2 and 3. I'll look at gen 1 but I doubt it will have a code either.

Here are the codes:
Unless you erased codes I don't think you starved it for oil. Pull the valve covers and the timing cover and I think you will find the problem under one of them.

I’m excited to see what the problem is. If you don’t mind, what part in AZ are you in?
Parents house in Mesa, and I live in the dorms at ASU in Tempe

I cleared the codes once but they were those same ones and they just came back.

It's probably passenger side phaser or some other cam issue. How high did you rev it?

Confirmed it is the passenger side intake by unplugging them and seeing which code description matched up.

Car revs to about 8100. They are the stock vct solenoids and cam phasers. Totally possible the solenoid failed due to age / abuse.

Kind of thinking your oil cooler might be leaking oil into your coolant. Looks like the kind of peanut butter you would get on the side of the oil pan.
Have you pulled the pan at all? If possible look at the condition of the oil in the pan ( or pour it out and look at it). Report back your findings. I have a feeling coolant mixed with the oil (or vice versa).
When in doubt, I'd recommend Blackstone Labs for oil analysis. I've sent the F150 oil there 2x trying to make sure my gasket didn't go (and they found no coolant in oil) and they've gotten me good reports for my Bullitt also.
You can get 6 prepaid samples for like $162 before their prices go up. I have no horse in the race, just a very reputable company.

Pulled the valve covers off and don’t see anything suspicious.

I think I am going to replace the vct solenoid and see what that does.

The little sparkles on the vct phasers are just some dust that fell in when taking the valve covers off. I checked the oil that’s on the top of the head and didn’t see any metal in that.

From the condition of the cams, you did not starve it for oil. If you can, have someone crank it while you watch the cams and chains.

If they hold the accelerator to the floor the car will crank and not start.

I dunno, I see a few marks on some of the lobes. Nothing terrible, but a sign debris may have gone by at one point.

If it lost oil pressure at 6500 plus RPM the lobes would be wiped.

I'm not saying I disagree with that, just that there's potential evidence of something being unhappy further below.
Yes, it still could be a rod or a main bearing issue. Possible a broken piston.

Will be interesting to find out.
