Kelltrac S550 Mustang IRS Posi-Loc System Install & Demo 2020 Shelby GT500 (video)

I show video of my independent rear suspension before and after installation of the Kelltrac Posi Loc System on my Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 CFTP as well as the step-by-step installation process. Posi Loc is in reference to centering & positively locking the IRS subframe in relation to the body. This system works on the 2015-2023 Mustang and combats the subframe wiggle/deflection/bounce the IRS experiences during hard acceleration, turning and braking. The suspension is still free to travel normally. If you would like to firm-up your rear end, this is a worthwhile cost-effective mod!

Thanks for nice vid on the install and having the camera under the rear ! I’m a bit of slacker and haven’t installed these yet on both of our gt500’s but I do have the kit for both cars.

It’s an alternative. There are a variety of products for the rear end of these cars. This is an economical/easy mod.
