you don’t have a clue as to what you are talking about it :cwl:
Do explain? Instead of trying to just say "no u" like this is the 5th grade please back up your comments with some kind of thought process. Like I try my best to do in the posts I make.

I remember watching a ship come into the Panama Canal and purging his engines real good just before getting into the San Miguel locks.

Anytime you deal with these agencies things can change on a dime. The gun community has some of the same issues. The ATF rules something legal only to reverse it a year or two later.
Then it takes yrs to unwind it the courts.

Through standard litigation yes. With SC rulings, it can come a lot faster as their rulings set precedent that lower courts will refer to in their own ruling. Like with the gun community, there's been so many varying rulings in lower courts because for the longest time, the SC refused to hear anything gun related, until recently with the NYSRPA v. Bruen ruling. Now, lower court cases are getting settled across several states and its only been a week or so.

Reading the reports you would think the SC made it legal to release cyanide gas into the air. SMH

It’s unbelievable how convoluted this is being spun.

The EPA is now accountable for its policy’s whereas before it wielded unlimited and near absolute power.

And how is that surprising or any different than anything else now days; truth and logic have been traded in for feelings and my group always wins.

Not sure how this ruling will effect the attack on the automotive performance world. It's possible that the EPA will allocate their efforts to large scale pollution such as power plants as outlined in the ruling and back burner the performance world for a bit. Hopefully their over reach and clarification of power will be scrutinized across the EPA's portfolio.

Overreach went buh-bye for the EPA. Everything they do from now on, has to go through congress. Which, in theory, should severely limit what they can do beyond the clean air act as it's written from what I read so far.
