I have been waiting a LONG time for this to come to fruition! I talked to Vince Laviolette about this back before I sent my car to SA. Well, it's FINALLY here.

This should sound great with the H-pipe mid muffler with the Atak mufflers.

So it’s basically their regular ATAK but without the funky crossover resonator pipe?

That's what it looks like I went ahead and got the borla with the carbon tips took a month after ordering and when I pulled them out of the box one was missing the stud for the exhaust valve I ended up finding it inside the other muffler rattling around looks like they dropped it in there and welded it

That‘s a weep hole.

You get what they classify as a mid muffler instead of the twisty x pipe. I had one on my last Borla kit for my 2017 GT mustang. It has an H like crossover in the middle. What it does is tone things down before it enters the Atak style muffler. For that car it was the “touring‘ kit.

It’s interesting that the description mentions the valves are installed already. I wonder if that’s a misprint.… I guess I’ll find out soon enough.

Well I’ll be, that’s the first time I’ve seen that happen. I’d say stranger things have happened, but that’s life post VID, I’m no longer surprised anymore, haha.
