I really need to find a good camera for dummies that takes good photos

Jaime: You already have one in the phone. To equal that in a dedicated camera would cost you a kidney (and I know you've already given two of those up for the car.) <smiling>

The iPhone Pro Max is one of the best if not THE best point and shoot mobiles out there. Obviously, it's not going to compete with an SLR or mirrorless but it can get some might good images once you learn the ropes.

Did you do blue stitching?

Yes, the stitching Is blue everywhere except for the center “scale” sections. I did not want to add any color to those because I like the way they look all black, so black stitching was used there.

The only other interior stitching that’s left (that I can remember) is the top of the center arm rest, the door cards, and the steering wheel. I think I may hit those with a blue thread marker to make them match. I wanted to bring a little blue inside the car without changing the accents on the seats. Those to me need to match the accents on the console and door cards.

Today the interior was installed, as well as the newly painted & striped trunk lid.

I am really liking the inside - out view of those quarter windows as well.

Man I love these stripes!

The holiday weekend is upon us. Have a great 4th of July weekend everyone! Next week we will see the CFTP wing, calipers and wheels get installed. I look forward to seeing the finished photos when she’s on all fours and off the lift.

Thanks Tom. I did chat briefly with him on Fakebook, his car looks great. Sounds like he also has a nice collection of cars too.

I guess the word I heard about the side stripes being changed on the non wide body cars to be the same as the wide body cars wasn’t true. Supposedly they were going to make the side stripe uniform between both versions. None the less, his car looks great with the full length side stripes.
