So are they letting you keep any take off parts ? I mean since you paid for the car I would assume those parts should be yours.

Yes, GT350 & GT500 people get every nut and bolt back if they want them.

Yes, they are adjustable springs front & rear that use the factory dampeners.

FP CF Splitter arrived so the front bumper can now be installed.

Did they swap out new exchangers or did they paint them ? I would think they prolly wouldn't paint them b/c you would decrease the heat dissipation capacity of the exchanger.

If they anodized them black it could improve performance. Was common to do that to air cooled engine cylinder fins.

They are the factory heat exchangers, and they were painted with the same paint that is used on factory radiators and heat exchangers. No noticeable decrease in cooling ability.
