These are hot off the digital imaging over the inter web press. I am grateful to see some progress at this point. I have no supporting information, but hey, she's outta paint!

Jaime: Obviously, the photos are as exciting as can be but don't you wish more people would figure out that portrait mode with phone cameras is not the way to shoot? :-) But, maybe they cropped a much LARGER image to avoid showing other vehicles so I'll cut 'em a little slack. :=)

The approximate time of completion I got was "hopefully the end of June". The good news is, now that she got through the body & paint hourglass pinch point, things should move along at a much better rate. Now that it is in Shelby's hands (so to speak), they can start getting things done, and have control of the timeline.

Did you ship it to them yet? Are you still getting both trunks now that you have the CFTP wing?

I did ship the wing to Shelby. I am told they have the person to fix it, then they are installing it for me. You might be able to see in the picture, there are no holes in the trunk lid.

I decided, since I now have a CFTP wing, that I wasn't going to waste the money to get both trunk lids painted & striped. Also, I am no longer getting the carbon fiber swing spoiler and gurney flap. The new trunk lid was painted and installed, and Shelby will drill and mount the wing for me, before I take delivery. The original trunk lid will either return to me inside the car, or I will sell and ship it directly from Shelby.

Makes sense, that was my thought as well. No need now that you have the final piece of the puzzle
