Thanks Josh. Are we ever done? lolJaime, your attention to detail is top notch! Car looks amazing. Are you close to saying your complete on the car? For a car like this, I always wonder adding the extra bits, "Is that too much...?" Its your car, so only you can say when its too much.
But congrats and cant wait to see some pictures with the car unloaded and in your garage again.
I will be tinkering for sure, but I will not permanently alter the car from how it was built from SA. The boost gauge is a must for me, but I will not permanently modify anything, and I will keep all original parts (A pillar in this case) to remain with the car. When they do come up with the parts needed to add the dash pod, I will then purchase it and install it myself, but this will be a SA optioned thing anyway, and something they can update the records to show the car now has.
Swapping the SC lid is not a permanent thing, and I will keep the original lid with the car. I "may" do the 3.8 Whipple, but not until SA has added it to their options list (as a fully SHELBY branded unit). If/when they do, and if I decide to do it, I can install it myself and SA will update the registry to show the car has the SA/Whipple.
I will be doing my own touch under the hood, but like before, all original parts will be kept with the car. For the most part that's it for me.
I hope.......
