I ordered the JLT 3.0 passenger side oil separator w/ mounting bracket (https://www.jlttruecoldair.com/jlt-...t350-bullitt-whipple-charged/#product-reviews)

I followed the directions and installed everything correctly but the hose that goes into the intake manifold is pinched when I feed it through the radiator hose like the instructions say. I can feed it through another way to prevent the pinching but the hose goes across the wires going to the fuse box but I don't think that is a good idea since the oil temps get really high.

Is it okay for the hose to be pinched like this?

I included the pictures of the installation and how mine looks.

Can you angle the fitting to the 4 o'clock position to help remove the sharp bend? Just a thought as the instruction pic looks like it is.

I bought the regular JLT separator without the clamp, super easy to install, the hoses are much shorter.
I actually bought the one with the clamp because I honestly though it would be easier to install lol, I was wrong

I was trying to avoid that because I didn't want to mess with the lines but and couldn't readily find a wrench that fits, but that is going to be my next step.
