I went with J&M springs because they offer the least amount of drop while offering a firmer ride comparable to 2019+ GT350/Mach 1 spring rates @ 210/815.

Combined with the Koni str.t and SR Performance adjustable front and rear sway bar upgrades this setup is working exceptionally well. The ride is firm but not harsh and ride height is about 1/2 lower than stock. The handling is incredible with very limited body movement while maintaining a comfortable ride. I highly recommend this setup for those looking to maintain the OEM look and daily driver comfort while offering track level performance.

Also, since these springs are 1/2 inch lower than stock there is no need to use camber bolts or castor/camber plates. I used the Ford Performance strut mount which is identical to the OEM strut mount on 2015 PP cars and all 2016+ cars.

How are you liking this setup? I’m wondering about these springs and how the rates work as a all around street setup. I’m currently on bmr handling springs on fp dampers. Thinking about softening up my ride a bit

This setup is great for street since it's not harsh and doesn't bottom out ever.
