For some reason there is no link in your post to the car listing??? Anyway you see my GT vert in my Sig, it was a Canada car with 4k miles on it from a Ford dealer in PA. Got it for a great price and it's been a great GT since the day I bought it. I don't think a Ford dealer is going to purchase a hinky Mustang for resale. My Carfax showed all the transitions in Canada and the US no issues. Since I can see the options based on what other posters here mentioned this GT vert is super close to mine just a new year. I have PP1, Option Group 401a, Magnaride an all dat! You will love the Mustang. For me in Indiana I don't drive it in snow or winter weather, for that I have my daily.
fwiw the B&O system kinda sucks, upgrade the sub.

Its well documented Canadian franchise dealers are not doing their DD and selling very late model stolen vehicles with VIN swaps that they can easily identify plugging into OBD. Many Private dealers also selling VIN swapped cars.
Both selling at auctions where Americans buy.
The selling dealer can easily verify the car by comparing computer VIN to door and window. If that's OK I'd be comfortable buying the car.
