Well where did you want the water to go?

Seriously though OP I think you need to visit your service advisor over at The Ford dealer, obviously your blinker fluid reservoir has a major leak.

I blow that area out with compressed air every time I wash mine. It drains rather nicely, that and behind the rear license plate.

I agree with the op. This isn't correct. The water clearly should be diverted to the middle left air vent in the dashboard. LMAO! Completely normal man.

Never noticed this flow path. It is interesting that the volume of water coming out his hose in the video is much greater than the volume exiting below the light fixture. Where is all the rest of the water going?

Under the bumper probably.
It's a car not a submarine. Water goes over under in between panels all the time.

Here's a shot I took of what's behind the tail light - took this as I was trying to see if I can easily fix my sagging rear fascia (fascia jacked up in picture - I wish it looked like this!).

The large hole shown gets a grommet for the tail light wiring. Most of the water should drain out behind the rear fascia.
