oh come on, that's marketing copy written by an English major who doesn't have the foggiest notion there are differences between GT350 and GT. NEVER believe anything marketing puts out.

If you want to cite anything at least look at something resembling an official source. The likelihood of a bone-headed mistake is less, but still not zero.

In my experience, best year to buy them is 2016. Had 2 of them, not a single problem. They were produced before the cost savings policies kicked in at Ford :)

I’m in-between cars
My '19 has Rev Matching...

... it's just manual rev matching and is dependent on throttle blip and clutch release timing
That’s my signal to post a Senna gif

Vettelish I’m looking at you

I have a 2019, if this feature is on the 2019 model I haven't found it yet.
No rev matching in GT350's. That description from the dealer is incorrect. They even mention an optional 10 speed selectshift transmission as an option. No such transmission available in a GT350. They're describing a GT Mustang, not a GT350. Certainly not a dealer I would have too much faith in to buy from.

So...that video gets me back on the 2019+ train! lol Still deciding between the GT350 and Roush S3. That car is pretty sweet.

I can at least share my rational knowing I just recently bought a GT350.

I was asking myself the same questions and did my home work regarding oil consumption and what options I would like to have.

My most important criteria was:
1. color
2. history of the car
3. location: states where no snow (not sure in the US but in Europe the salt on the road is terrible)
4. mileage
5. most options as possible

I was looking at 2017 models initially ... with my budget.

After reading comments from different sources, I decided to ignore the full electric seats (light is right) and increase slightly my budget to target a 2018/2019 model (for the warranty).

Wow. Well, his research convinced him that he got the right car and I'm sure he sleeps better at night because of it.

Personally, the only GT350 I'd consider that's newer than the 2016 TP I have is the 2020R.
