For those of you wondering why I would get rid of such a great car, it was tough but I had to make room for my 1964 1/2 convertible that I had in high school. I had sold it to my dad to pay for college. He passed away 3 years ago and I was going to get that car again. I just got it back from the body shop. Now to finish it... Also a picture of my 1964 1/2 Indy Pace Car. I love the 50th Anniversary cars but I am partial to the first generation cars.

I don’t do Facebook but I’ve been tempted to start one just for that group.

I don’t want to put peoples names out there, it’s their business. And i don’t know who still has them and who even comes here anymore. But one site member has #15. Next lowest was a member bought #69. I know he doesn’t drop here very often but i still talk to him. Next was #91Jimbo, you’re next with 98. Next was #167. 268, 272 then my first one #275.

These records are pretty old. When the fanfare moved on to the gt350 and people stopped coming around here and migrated over to Facebook, I kinda quit keeping up with it all.

I have a really dumb question, so please forgive my stupidity. I have a ‘15 EB S550 50th anniversary. Does this fall into this category also or are we just talking about the V8 versions? If we are including the EB versions also, what numbers on the VIN would tell you the number as my plate on my dash doesn’t specifically say ####/1964? Thanks and sorry again for the ignorance!!

My apologies for the confusion and stupidity. Was just wanting clarity and if and how I can figure out what number of 50th anniversary I had but it doesn’t seem like they numbered the EB S550s, or did they in the VIN not on the dash placard?

No, the VIN 50th Limited Edition is special as is the interior number on the dash. Again, that’s limited to the Limited Edition and not the 50th Appearance package.
