No. It's just an X-pipe with no added resonator. It's the same X-pipe you get when you buy the Ford racing X-pipe (which I have) and that has no resonator.

it's possible. I think the structure, tone of frpp touring is also quite different from regular borla's

The Borla Touring comes with a resonated H-pipe (not X) but yes it'll be quieter than the Ford Racing Touring which has a plain X-pipe.

Ford Racing Touring = Borla S-Type

I've had both, and can confirm that the Ford Racing touring is quite a bit louder, and much more raspy than the Borla touring
