Is the Roush 422090 same as Ford Performance M-6066-M8 (canned tune revisements + LTR?)

I am seeing where Roush did some revisements to the Stage 1 kit for 2018+ such as perhaps a new LTR and updated tune?

Does the Ford M-6066-M8 version come with same updates on the tune and also the low temp radiator update?

Got this reply via email from FP today. Upgraded tune, presumably rad to match, since Roush 422090 got the new rad.

Good Morning,

Our website is the correct HP/Torque listing. The kit is rated at 750 HP and 670 lb-ft.
https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6066-M8

Originally the kit was offered at 700HP, however the kit offering has been 750HP for more than a year (possibly two).

Thank You,
