No it is not. You must swap out the pan as well. You can purchase them both from a number of ford dealers. You can use the CS/GT front splitter on a base though. It is more aggressive than either the base splitter or the GT PP splitter. I have one on my car if you want to look at it on my build...

Thanks for the clearing that up. The CS/GT front splitter does look alot better than the PP. Any idea how much that lip is?

No Robert it won't, same thing goes, in reverse. Have to swap the PP pan for the standard pan...
