Seems like the Steeda intake will suffer the same fate as the JLT with IAT's rising quickly at idle. What is the MAF tube size? I'd like to see an intake designed like this with a velocity stack, but a fully enclosed\sealed box like stock and a clean MAF signal with a good inner diameter tube and make it tune only.

They listed it as 114mm

So I just bought the steeda pro flow closed CAI... Aside from it not working great with a flex fuel tune does it do well on 93 or E85 tune? Does it make decent power or as good as factory? And does it indeed help keep IAT’s lower than the open? Also for Drag strip purposes has anyone took the filter out on the Dyno or at the track to see if it picks up?

Mine seems to run great on 93. However I couldn’t tell you a difference as I just did long tubes, intake, carbon drive shaft and first Lund tune. Just did my first log and gonna go e85 soon. But she rips on the 93 forsure. And runs smooth.

I run a Lund 93 Oct tune with the Steeda closed lid, and have for well over a year. No real issues to speak of. The power seems to be there. The IAT's are better then when I was running the JLT open CAI.
