Is one jacking rail supposed to be longer/shorter than the other?

I'm very new to hardware mods, and as a starter, I purchased 2015-2020 FB STEEDA FULL LENGTH ULTRALITE LOW-PROFILE CHASSIS JACKING RAILS from CJ Pony Parts and this is what I received last week.

As it can be easily observed, one rail is at least 5cm longer/shorter than the other rail.
I'm not sure if this is a factory defect or meant to be like this.

I should have searched and read the instruction Steeda has on their website. Also, it would've been helpful if there was instruction in the package :/

Keeping the post for other newbies like myself!

I do know there is a left and right, if you try to mount incorrectly one bolt hole will not align.

I'm sure the parts are correct, they are manufactured all the same way on same stamping machines.

On the S550 chassis (underneath) their are a total of 7 threaded holes on each side.
Four of the holes on each side have bolts left in them.

I believe these are used to secure the chassis on the assembly line.
The rearward 5 holes are the same on both sides L & R.
The front two holes on each side are what is different.
The front two holes on the Drivers side (Left) are about 7/8" farther forward than the Passenger side (Right) front two holes.
This is why the Left (Drivers Side) chassis rail is longer.
