You know that gut feeling you have? Listen to it.
If some business doesn’t have enough time to empty their voicemail and take messages, move on. There are other alternatives.
In this case, you know what you’re dealing with “beforehand”. Nobody to blame but yourself if you get burned.

Credit cards have protections. Use the services. Heck I’ve gotten refunds from a lot just for making a call.

company refused to refund me for damaged furniture. Left it on my porch refused to take it back. Credit card refunded me entirely.

I recently had a warranty claim for the G2 caliper paint failing on the rear calipers of my car. Sent them an email and a replacement kit was at my house within a few days. I'd say they're still in business.

Yes they are but need to relearn what Customer Service means. The G2 website informs that to contact them one can email or call them. I was told in a subsequent response that they only take emails. The phone messages I left were ignored. I mean WTF?? Then I was told the reactor will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to so I receive it on Friday morning...the parcel wasn't received by USPS until late Friday afternoon!

I am so frustrated with this supplier. I guess my whining about it here relieves some of this anger. Oh, by the way, I have yet to hear from G2 about their snafu.
