Interior Cleanin' Day!

So in my EcoBoost Premium I have those nice fancy looking "Chrome/Aluminum" deals for door handles and steerin wheel spokes. What am I supposed to clean those with? I've just been using glass cleaner cause why not?

Glass cleaner works pretty well, I like to use all purpose cleaner since I can use it pretty much anywhere on the interior.
