Installing the ROUSH rear Valence with Quad tips on a Base bumper

Thinking of doing this soon but I don't to drop a ton of money on a new exhaust so I think Ill get another set of roush tips that match my axle backs and and have my exhaust guy fab something up for the quad tips.

Last I checked, I believe that the outlet for ROUSH ABs are also 2.5"; you may wanna double check.

Does anyone have any idea if these tips could be made to work with the stock mufflers?

I took Corsa's quad tips and had them welded to my Gibson Catback system. Most catbacks have the same angle/mounting locations as the stock system as well as the corsa system. Only a few have really sharp angles at the end that could effect how well the tips could be welded. Getting the angle right was the hardest part.

Let me start with a big thanks for the help and this thread to get me to attempt this. However, this mod totally sucked for me. Took me all day...I did take my time and was successful, but it was not easy. After I got it all back together I realized I forgot to hook the wiring harness up behind the bumper cover...so off it came one more time.

Here are a couple pics. I will post more tomorrow.

I see you left the Horizontal piece of the bumper one, OP cut it off for his install. Was there an issue with leaving that part on?

Those Corsa quad tips will fit on Solo Performance exhaust? I would imagine it's the same 3 in diameter piping.
I wonder if Corsa sells a non-branded quad tips?

The problem with these is the center line is not offset and the opening on the roush is not centered to the factory bumper opening but closer to the center of the bumper so the tips won't line up the opening properly.

I just pushed the pins through both the bumper and the new valance pieces. Might have been easier if I removed them but I was concerned that it would put extra stress on the 3M tape holding the side wings to the bumper and it may eventually pull away...then you have a flapping cover in the wind.
