In this era of black wheels, any thoughts on silver wheels on iconic silver

Very nice. I like your whole set up. The black wheels that are opened up allowing the rotors to be visible really makes a difference in black wheels.

I definitely like these. I really dig the center pictures wheels.

The bottom pic has the same wheels lol. That’s the problem with those HRE’s. They look great in certain lighting, other lighting not so much.

if you go black, id keep what you got, oterhwise go silver since its on your mind or another color. I wouldn't buy another set of black wheels, imagine disliking those too wondering if you should of got the silver

Those rims look great. Every picture with black wheels you don't even really notice the wheels. It is just a big black void where the wheels and tires are. I know there are people who love black wheels, but I just don't get it. The tires give the needed contrast. A silver car with silver wheels looks great. The issue where there is no contrast is with black wheels. The wheel well, wheels, and tires have no contrast so you just get a big black void.

All black wheels create a void.
Silver on silver is too monochromatic for me.
I don't care for brightly colored wheels if that's the only accent color on the car.

My choice would be a chrome wheel. Close enough to silver to flow, bright enough to pop. Plus you could go old school with a Craiger style or as modern as you want.

Black wheels are played out, IMO. I've never understood the appeal of looking like a steel-wheeled police car, and I can't wait for the trend to die. Do something different.

I hated the stock PP wheels from Day 1, and that's why they're pristine and boxed in my shop attic.

Oh how I wish I could get some silver wheels. I really like the optional PP1 wheels in silver.

I'll have to start hunting around for a clean set to buy.
