Although I've only owed my GT for a few days (and I absolutely love it) I would say Adaptive headlights. I loved them on my MS3, very useful at night.
Also a HUD would be nice. Where I place my steering when I drive covers some of the speedo. If no HUD, then an option to put the speed in the middle of the dash (I haven't found an option for it, if there is one.)
A glass roof option would have been cool.
Lastly,the Sync 3 system works well, I just wish it had different "theme" colors, or the ability to change backgrounds like the previous model. Who ever thought picking baby blue for the menu background on a sports car was a good idea should be kicked.

This. I wanted Satellite radio on my base GT, but didn't want any of the other goodies that came with the premium package. Very disappointing! But I do find that I am not even using the radio as I love to listen to the sound of the motor - I'm driving with my windows down almost all the time. Haven't done that since I was in high school!
