Went with Corsa to match the cat back . Install was a breeze and no fitment issues .

This would already be on my car if I knew the stupid check engine light wouldn’t come on. Little risky chancing it - seems like a 50/50 proposition that O2 extenders work and it is such a pain to install and then have to remove.

The best are eBay headers because they work and don’t cost a arm and a leg. At the end of the day it’s just some tubing

If you happen to get a set that fits properly and doesn't rust out after a year, go for it. I'd rather buy a quality set but to each their own.

You didn't go all out and have the full exhaust ceramic coated? I've got a set of used Kooks LTH and a NIB set of Kooks full 3" exhaust and I want to get them coated by Jet Hot from header flange to muffler tips before I get them installed.

And I have a bone to pick with Borla

Ordered the full 3” catback,(kinda talked into it by dealer I got them from) for later on doing the headers.

Which borla names out in the directions.

but none anywhere to order and borla never replied back.

As I have the front connection pipes sitting here from the kit still

2M catted version. $500 a few years ago. Headers fit fine and are 304 stainless so not going to rust. Probably not worth the risk of clearance issues for most people considering the effort involved installing long tubes. I took a chance and it worked out fine. Nice putting the money I saved into other modifications I wanted.

I would say it's not worth the money. The goal is to keep the heat inside the tubes and ultimately out of the engine bay. By the time you're reaching the mid section of the exhaust and there aren't many components impacted by the heat of it and not to mention the temp of the exhaust has probably cooled down around that point.

I'd also look at Cerakote before Jet-Hot as well.

and out of the passenger compartment, and away from the rest of the drive train.

I went with LTH headers. Excellent quality and fitment.

Same here. Fitment was absolutely SPOT ON. Tons of room between them and the body and the the steering shaft. I love mine.
