Identify trim part

I need y’all help to identify this part number it comes with center console that is equipped with the stitching.

I wish the Ford parts site would show parts only applicable to your VIN once it’s entered. It’s exasperating trying to decipher minute cryptic details in parts that have multiple applications in a catalog rifled with ambiguity. Seems like the word “fit” is NOT the same as “correct”.

anyway seems that this piece comes only with the whole. Perhaps someone out there has the piece or can get it from a salvage yard, I'm willing to buy it.
