Is that a final production car or one of the cars for QC?
I don’t know.
There is a sticker is the upper corner of the windshield but I don’t know what all the letters mean.
This one looks to be PP. Below is some info posted back during Boss 302 production and holds true today.

TT - Tooling Trial Build. This is to verify that all the tooling processes work for the new model.
PP - Pilot Production Build. This is a continued assessment of the process capability.
MP - Mass Production Build. Normally there's a MP1 and a MP2 build. This is a continuation of the PP process.
Job 1 - Previous model is discontinued and new model is ramped up to speed.
Job 2 - During model year introduces potential product changes (think late availability option), fixes for known issues as well as tweaks to production through learnings from Job 1 production.

Why is the center section of the front wheel red? Can't tell if it's something attached to the wheel or if it's something else.

Probably to protect the wheel when the lug nuts are installed as it's mounted to the car.
