Ice white mustang Taillights

Bear with me, I’m new… Is the sequencing function programmed into the lights ? I have a UK Mustang on order and although the US sequencing wouldn’t be strictly legal over here I’ll take the chance if all it involves is swapping the light clusters.

In US-spec vehicles the sequencing function is programmed into the BCM.
Euro-spec ones lack this BCM programming, so the only way to achieve it is by means of an extra electronic module, which is connected before the lamp (this is how third-party tail lamps, like Vland, ExoticPonyMods, etc. do it).
