Yeah it eventually came and turned out great. Fitment was great and paint went on well. Only downside to the hood is that it shakes quite a bit at speed, and its quite concerning considering the reason I have this hood is because the stock one flew up into the windshield at speed.....

Any photos? does the inside of hood re-use the factory weather stripping and interior access for the wiper fluid hoses and nozzles? Did you ever try real quik latch for the hood? looks like it can take quiklatch hood pins and could help with a hood flying off?

Actually most of the items are from a factory in Taiwan, not China

I ordered the GT500 hood from them on March 24, because that's when they told me it would be back in stock... Then May 1, then June 20. Wait, what's today's date? Shoulda cancelled and gone with Cervini's

Oh I know I got the same song and dance while my car was wrecked at a body shop waiting on this damn thing. I'll get some pics uploaded once my engine build is done and get my car back

I think cervinis is a better choice. Cervinis actually makes their own stuff. i5 just sources their stuff from China. the bumper i5 makes is MP concepts bumper.

also 777 performance bumper is IKON bumper too,

My car is still at the shop getting the engine built but I’ll throw up a bunch of pictures I took of my car before. Used to have Vossen CVT 20” wheels in silver, but swapped them out for OEM GT350 wheels for the extra meat, also think the black goes better with the new hood. Let me know what yinz think !

I just ordered some euro lights from them. Was told they are arriving the 28th. We'll see.
I also ordered a hood from cervinis.
Their customer service has been terrible though. From trying to double charge me, lying, and telling me they'll follow up then dont doesnt leave much confedence in ordering from them again. I just hope my hood arrives in good shape.

Wow, that really does look great!

Looks very good, FWIW I think a black roof and (or even just) a slightly larger black spoiler would balance out the hood and wheels nicely.

Thanks! I gotta keep the ruby roof shines too good in the sun but I think wrapping the spoiler black is a good call. (Roush one is my fav on these cars don’t like the big ones)

@Ronnoc I noticed on i5's website, they charge more to paint parts that are Ruby Red. Was that the case because it's a hard color to match or the tri-coat aspect of the paint?

I’m not into i5 and their fake hood pins. If the hood shakes replace that with real quick latch pins. Also cervinis is better quality and a little heavier. Think you would’ve had a better time with that. Wasn’t available the month you needed it though.
