I'm a fairly new mustang owner. I had the car for 3 weeks before I found out Ford was going to warranty a new engine for me.

I miss that car so much. The overall driving experience is like no other for the average working man. That's what the mustang was always about.

10k credit? That’s an insane amount.

It's a huge endorsement re Ford backing the product up but they really need to have a clock running.

Asking an owner to be out of car or unresolved for more than 6 weeks is pretty much losing a customer forever and 30+ cars of referral business.

Maybe if they gave a $10K credit it could sooth the pain and way cheaper than reputational damage.
