I believe Yes, from underneath with splash panel removed. Do Not Buy the Cheap Chinese made struts for $15, they are cheap and breaking on people, (Look on You Tube).
I actually just ordered Sturdy well made splitter Support Rods today for like $56. I will HARD MOUNT them using 5/16 X 18 Rivet nut plates and 5/16 X 18 bolts. I will make a "L" Bracket and secure to the underside of the front bumper crash brace with 5/16x18 rivet nuts. It makes no sense to mount the upper strut support end to plastic, it would serve no stability purpose. BUT; if you plan on scraping your front splitter on speed bumps or your driveway due to being to low, you should add a spring loaded release safety L bracket to mount the top strut end so if the front end contacts the road it will release at the top strut and allow upward movement without damaging the splitter or brackets.
