Yep, forged wheels aren't cheap. Price HRE for a real shock.

My preferred tuner quoted $5,000 mounted and road force balanced with new Ford TPMS sensors. I'll use the OE tires. I'm having them done in satin charcoal; not black, with center caps engraved with the same "target" concentric circles on the dog bowl (minus the word Bullitt) ... painted to match the wheels.

Those are handsome - post pics when you have them installed!

Think I'd rather drop that 5600 on FI or kick ass suspension before wheels.
Mine may get a huffer, but I've f'd up too many really nice street cars by dinking around with suspension, ie, coilovers, poly bushings, Heim joints, camber plates, etc. If I was going to track the Bullitt, then hell yes, I'd spend the bucks on the suspension and get a square set of Apex Racing flow formed wheels.

I've always had a Jones for 3-piece forged wheels; too bad HRE and Steeda fell apart on the McQueen Special Edition wheels.

I'm excited to see how those forgelines look. I agree on 19s being preferable. To me, the thicker sidewalls fit the retro look better.

In my opinion they won't fit the rear, I bought a set for my Bullitt. Poke out the rear about 1" sent them back
Stain Bronze looked great though
They poke out on the PP2 also.
Are you sure the rear is centered on you car? There shouldn't be any poke with those SVEs. They are a different width and offset than the oem PP2. They're also a lot lighter.

I dont have the wheels. I mean on stock PP2's the rear pokes a bit.

If you don't mind me asking, what did the Shelby wheels and tire setups set you back? It's a sharp look for a Bullitt.

Changed the Tires to Nitto 555 G2’s....saved a grand on those alone.. so tires, wheels... about $3500 mounted and balanced!!.. installed them myself...must get an alignment done as I had it dropped with Steeda 3/4 inch springs!! ...absolutely love the look of these wheels and the drop!!! No pics yet...waiting for the springs to settle and the sun to come out!! Here’s the before pic... View attachment 359717

Wow them are nice, is there anyone here that could photoshop the wheels as the gunmetal color. I'm a computer illiterate. It is taking all my skills to respond to this post.
