I am confused, I thought you gave the 2019 to your Dad, decided to trade it?
Yeah I gave it to my dad and he didn’t want it because it was hard for him to get in and out. So he wanted a truck and I went back down to see what they had and nothing of course for the F150 so they temporarily got him into a bronco while his truck is being built.

After reading the entire thread, it appears to
me you’ll never be happy with your existing Mustang or a brand new one off the line. Since you are in good with the owner of the dealer, initiate the buy back and look for another brand/model in your price range which meets your expectations for build quality.

I appreciate your opinion, lol. I’ll see how it plays out.

After 5 months and 9k miles with my 2021 I sold it for almost what I bought it new for.
I got tired of the rattles, the sub par B&O stereo and never did get used to the throttle mapping.
I ended up buying myself a 2018 Harley lowrider with 95 miles on it and the wife a 2019 Audi A4 with 13k miles.
I will however miss the car on my next roadtrip because aside from the interior rattles it was a great touring vehicle!

Yea. A F150 will be much easier to live with. I traded in a 19 Ruby Red F150 in on the 21 Accord that I traded in for the Mustang. The Accord did everything great, just too boring. I was given more than I paid for it and only made a few payments.

Give them a chance to work out the rattles and things will get sorted. There are threads dedicated to fixing the issue that the dealer may be open to. Mine is temperamental to wide temperature swings and makes noises from the instrument cluster quite loudly when its very cold out but what can ya do, kind of like a vibration rattle. Its a beautiful car and worth the issues to me. Your intro picture of the car is stunning.

Thanks! Yeah I can’t do trucks because I prefer to sit lower. Some people like to see ahead but I prefer to be able to maneuver around things. I have been looking at the 2 door bronco although I understand it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

I was a passenger in a Bronco. Lets talk about poor ride quality, noise etc. It s still another Ford.

The issue isn’t the squeaks per say, it’s how loud they’ve gotten and especially right next to my left ear in the driver side panel. It doesn’t help I have bile reflux coming up into my sinuses/ears making them hurt and burn.

You must be new around here. There's more flesh on those horse bones. Vultures and Coyotes are notorious for leaving tasty morstles behind for the next tier of scavenger.

That does not look like something easy to deal with. Good luck!

i must be one of the lucky ones. so far, knock on wood, my 20 gt has been rock solid. no squeaks, rattles, ticks etc. granted it only has 2500 miles on it and its not a daily but to me it seems well built. i did replace the factory pp1 suspension with the fp track suspension and it made it even more tight. if you are buying one of these and expecting german fit and finish interior, im more talking audi interior over bimmer and benz, as i have seen some cheapy looking stuff from them, you are going to be a bit disappoint.

I think one of the major causes of a lack of pride in many peoples work and a consequent lack of company loyalty and a desire to always give 100% attention to detail in producing quality work, lies at the feet of the modern style of company management.
Their penny pinching, treating employees as disposable and underpaying everywhere they can attitude in order to say “look how cheap I can run the company for you” in order to ensure another fat unearned bonus for the year, is the death of employee loyalty and with it goes any desire to do anything other than to roll up, do your job with minimum effort, get your pay and go home to forget about work, for as long as the job lasts.
It need cost no more to assemble a car to a high standard than a low one, it takes the same amount of time and just needs the desire in the person doing it to want to be the best they can. What it needs is a sense of belonging and family if you like in being a part of that company, not just another necessary evil that management would and does ditch at the first opportunity.
When I started work in 1975 for a major bank, we were a family, the bank cared for and looked after its staff and we in turn always gave our best effort, we worked and we socialised together. Then I came the new broom MBA Uni degree style managers, with no people skills and bugger all idea what actually makes a business a success, and it all went downhill from there.
To sum up I think my attititude by the time I told them I had had enough was pretty common and still holds today for many people.
I told them I used to work for the bank and they paid me. Now I work for the money, it just happens to be at a bank at the moment.
I doubt it’s any different at automobile plants today, or maybe, just maybe companies like Kia, Hyundai and Toyota etc do realise that company loyalty and a desire to do ones best is something the company both needs to earn and will gain a valuable reputation for quality from, and you don’t just get it via a pay packet. Maybe that is why their fit and finish is so good as some have suggested.
I hear you and have seen what you talk about.
Perhaps tell your employer to go take a hike and find something better ? There are still many companies that are run as a team.
