For the truck manny nuthuggers haha here you go. Picked up 3 MPH ( no loss in ET ) with putting a GT manifold on a 2020 F-150.
3 mph = 30 hp

it doesn't help that much on a 18+ GT. My Unleashed Tune pulls cleaner and more willingly for sure compared to factory. The EB's faceplant at 5K rpm is yet another stupid Ford problem. Talk to Torrie or any other good quality tuner and they'll fix that right up. HUGE improvement from factory and zero other mods. If you like your EB now, you'll LOVE it after it's fixed.BUT since I have never driven a tuned Gt yet I'm hopeful I will be content once tuned.
It's just disappointing that so many turbo 4cyl are a lot strong at 2000 then these 5.0. BUT since I have never driven a tuned Gt yet I'm hopeful I will be content once tuned. My Lito tuned 05 gt jumps and pulls better and way better then stock. But the thing is I just want as much torque as I can. I enjoy that effortless power. A very true statement is " torque puts the smile on your face, hp keeps it there.
When I roadraced motorcycles I loved a screaming high strung 600cc. When retired I put that on the street. It was boring. I got a big bore and had a blast with gobs of roll on TQ.
Dude. at 2K RPM in 3rd gear I can pass who I want for the most part. Hardly gutless. BTW.. go drive a BOSS 429 (7L) one day. At 2000 rpm it'll make the 5.0 feel like a rocket ship at the same rpm.
and your starting RPM is?Try 40mph roll in 2nd gear in a 10 speed car in sport mode.
No idea with 3.55s id have to go do a pull I dont remember.and your starting RPM is?
Thats exactly why the A10 is such a huge difference over the older A6 or manual. Its pretty much always in the peak power band!I would like to run e85 from everything I've read. Back in my go-kart racing days methanol did wonders once tuned for it. Closest station is 40 min away unfortunately. That's why this intake and results are so appealing to me. If I can get e85 torque with minimal redline power loss. Of all the racing motors I've built or tuned, I know of the compromises a N/A has to deal with. I just feel the gt went too far with the racing peak hp compromises to give up some fun street torque. I'll be getting a tune soon when this damn snow leaves and start with that first.
yes, and in sport mode I DESPISED it. I drive stick for damn good reasons. I put up with the A10 in my 2020 F150 (3.5EB, floor shifter override buttons) but to Ford's credit whomever the retard was who did the Mustang trans tune for 2018 was not on the F150 team.Have you ever drove a 10 speed?
Some of thats the jackass that had it before you. The car learns how people drive and a relearn would prolly make a big difference.yes, and in sport mode I DESPISED it. PP1 (3.55 gears) with 1500 miles on the clock. It was the down-shifting failure to 'blend' that was the major problem. If I want to head-bang I'll do it of my own volition to metal tune'age , thanks. Some of thats the jackass that had it before you.
Get a tune. Ford sucks at it. I don't know why. I flashed all my vehicles within a couple thousand miles of new. I don't put up with factory shit.My A10 in the F150 rev hangs really really bad.
The answer is simple. PD blower. My first car was an 82 Gt. I like everything about the mustang but have to admit I want the camaro or corvette power. I'm definitely not the only gt owner heck even gt350 owner that wants more torque without having to Rev it out. Honestly usually us older guys.
