Been working to do a deal on a 2022 Iconic silver Gt with A10 all week and it was supposed to have been finalized yesterday but the owner was out of town, but went to check it out.
I told them I wasn’t going to be able to come by in the morning so my dad went to go pick it up.

My dad didn’t know, but when he came back to the house, I see this etching BS in the glass that WAS NOT there yesterday and was told the car was done but it just needed a wash.

Just wanting to get your thoughts and opinions on it. Personally? I don’t like it and if it would have been on the car yesterday, I wouldn’t have done the deal.

EDIT: I guess the above paragraph wasn't exactly clear but yes, I went to see the car the day before when it arrived because the deal was supposed to have been done on that Thursday, and it DID NOT have the etching, nor was I told it was a possibility.

Oh they did for $795 which is what I also told the sales guy which I brought up as well. He said it shouldn’t have been done because the car was done yesterday.

I wonder how difficult it would be for them to change out the glass, or if it would even be worth it… I hate that it makes my car more noticeable more than anything.

so this particular dealership laminates the window sticker and adds a dealership sticker of extra accessories they’ve added and the addition cost.

Since the car had just came in yesterday, the window sticker wasn’t laminated but the sales guy said everything was done and nothing else needed to be done besides to clean it.

When my dad brought the car home, I noticed it immediately and looked at the laminated sticker and noticed it was added.

The paperwork was already signed but the deal wasn’t technically done because it needed the owners approval because of all the discounts.
