Out of curiosity, how do I verify the 12%? Ive worked with these guys to get the car brought up from California. When we agreed on the price they said there wasn’t any more incentives etc.

I see for is now offering 1.9% financing but they say had to be on the dealer lot for 60dsys prior to sell. I’m not sure what else I can really do to get them to offer me more discount and I don’t want to walk. I’ve already ordered the EB stage 2 and told them to start installing it.
At some point you have to be happy. If this is the car you want and the your comfortable with the deal, then stop and just do it. Better to pay a lilt more than lost the car for a few bucks. Then you will really be kicking yourself.

They’re offering me 36.300 when KbB and NADA both show trade in value, middle of the road is 38.500.
they're screwing you hard on that alone.
Having to ship a California car up to you is an easy $500 out of pocket, so keep that in mind.

52.7 * .88 = 46.4. Rebates lower the price further. Around there it's 2500 and an additional 750. So your price should be no higher than 46.4 - 2.5 - 0.75 = 43.1k + tax + title. We don't know if you're upside down on your current car and where their offer leaves you.

Here's a visual breakdown that might help you understand better:
MSRP
$52,725
Ford Kirkland Signature Discount
-$5,272
Dealer Discount
$47,453
Mustang Retail Customer Cash
-$2,500
Select Inventory Retail Customer Cash
-$750
Kirkland Price
$44,203

FWIW here's your exact car excepting it's not a premium which may well be a deal breaker. And on the East coast...

Wow, your neck of the woods the pickings sure are slim!
Are you stuck on blue?

how about a red one in your neighborhood? It's priced CORRECTLY too.

I agree that at some point I have to accept a deal, but if what Shogun is saying is accurate, that’s 2k difference. I can do a lot with $2000.00. That could be a few months worth of payments, tires, etc.
I think everyone wants the best deal they can get and is willing to look around to get other people’s input.

In the northwest everyone buys trucks.
Mustangs not as common as other parts of the country...
I went to local Ford dealer one time and they didn't even have any Mustangs on the lot.

I think you are past renegotiating as I am sure they asked for money down to do installations.
But, for your peace of mind (or disgust) you cask for the deal to be broken down from MSRP; Dealer discount, individual rebates, tax, registration and all fees itemized.
