That's kinda rude, lol. The '21 Mach 1 also has 480hp
So does my 22? I removed the carbon trap as soon as I got it. So full 480 plus Ford's blue filter and x-pipe so probably closer to 490.

Got just over 60k on my 22 GT, no change in dipstick level after every oil change as far as i can tell, i do check at the dealership before leaving and at home before leaving to get the oil change most of the times so far. I have always used the motorcraft blend provided by ford, never used ceratec (i do have 2k rattle and bbq tick, no biggie while I'm warrantying) and used the motoman break in method to seat the rings at <2 miles. Runs like a champ and hopefully will last me a few hundred thousand miles more!
Since I’m new to the forum my question is…Is Ceratec a common product used or recommended when doing oil changes? Especially in a Gen 3 coyote engine? Is it a good product for preventive maintenance on a vehicle not driven daily? Chrysler people liked Lubegard and is Ceratec something similar?

Many in the forums use it, it quiets down the common Coyote Tick. Its not good or bad for it. I have never used it and this is my second Coyote ticking away.

Tons of people use it. I gave in and tried it last oil change. It made no difference in anything besides removing the tick.

I have not yet tried ceratec to comment on it, some here seem to use it with varying degrees of success. I plan on trying it after my extended warranty is up, but in no hurry. If my engine ticks, it ticks. I never hear it unless I'm in a drive thru or parked in a parking structure, so it doesn't bother me most of the time.

It works to quiet down the tick issue for sure! 100% recommend

Stock with 21k miles- when I fill it with 10qts it shows right on the full line of the dipstick- after ~3k I show about a quarter qt. low, by the time the scheduled oil change light comes on it is getting close to 1/2 qt. low. I generally drive mildly spirited with a few times getting close to the rev limiter through 1st and 2nd gears on highway onramps each time I drive it.

No complaints here.

My DD 21GT @ 62K uses maybe a half a quart between 5K oil changes.

Good to hear that oil consumption isn't a thing in the GT 5.0. Maybe it was just prevalent in the Voodoo engine on the GT350??
Joe, I have a 2020 GT350 daily driver when nice. Change oil about every 3k, it wants you to every Year! Drive it Hard about every time out when up to Temp. Use Q.S. 5-30 Full Synthetic in every thing I own, Including Lawn Mower. Never Have Burned a Drop.

This is a dumb question but how do you even know your 5.0 is consuming oil without actually checking it ? I don’t check my oil level until i change my oil/filter lol.
You check it periodically like any sane individual that cares about their car. Or you measure how much you take out every oil change and subtract that from how much you put in.

I take the old oil and dump it back into the containers that the new oil came in and note how much is in each bottle. I also presume that some old oil is still left in the engine, so as long as I end up with ~9.5 quarts back then I consider that to be 0 oil consumption.

She is burning more than usual but let me ask you this. Do you fill it all the way to the top hole on the dipstick? Just saying because you may be adding extra half quart. For my M1 10 qts only comes up to the middle of the two holes. If that is the case then you are really burning 1 quart every 4000 miles which is a little better.
This got me thinking. What is the accurate full level indicator on the dipstick? The manual says to the top of the hash marks, just under the top dot. But many people like you its say its halfway between the dots, which is where mine typically is after an oil change.

Considering how much oil these things hold, at what level on the dipstick is considered to be a half quart low? 🤷‍♂️

Stock/Tuned oil consumption is non existent. I don't consider 1/2 liter consumption.
