We actually found that by commanding about .78 it starts at a higher base timing and ramps in a bit quicker. Took a little street time to adjust a few areas to avoid a slight hesitation when going PE at low RPMs.

E85 being more oxygenated, being a tad rich didn't hurt power at all. The juice may not even be worth the squeeze, but the quicker we can get timing, the better.
I'll need injectors for sure then.

Saw you posted timeslips. Noticed not much gain in 1ST, but about a 1.7-2mph gain from your previous best. DA seemed similar.

Thoughts? How did the tuning go? Are you now working with someone local, or still working with Lund? What RPM are you spinning to?

This manifold is my next stop, and few people have the good info and logging that you do. You always have good data.
I'm just going over my datalogs this morning . I lost time on my 330ft . Ran 97.99 in the 1/8 :headbang:
I need to find the sweet spot for each gear . The first couple runs were not very exciting . I ended up launching one run at 7300 rpm . 1.59 60ft spinning pretty hard . The track prep wasn't very good . I think it will work out after a few more runs .
On the highway this intake screams . Very impressive . I'm holding 31.50 degrees advance to redline
My best 1/4 I did was shifted at 7700 in each gear . [email protected]
A6 car would do best with a 5k converter and 28" tires .

If you plan to target .88, you will be at the limit around 7800 rpm .
Good info thank you. I'll be on 93 octane until they put an E-85 station closer to my house. As it sits I have a 65 mile round trip to fill up with E-85 and I don't want to keep a drum of it at my house I don't have room.

That's a hell of a trap speed for a 3700lb car in a 1500ft DA.

The air was pretty humid and about 78 degrees . That was just what the online da calculator showed . I will expect 125-126 in good air , since I alread ran 123 this summer on my stock intake, throttle body and injectors . Anything less and I'll sell this intake setup .

Good info so far. Thanks. How much did the VCT want to change.

I'd love to find 122-123 out of my car with a 3950lb raceweight.

DA corrected would be 125.5 mph. I'd say you have a 3mph improvement with the GT350 intake manifold vs the stock manifold on the same day.

VERY nice, I wish I came out yesterday to see that in person, but too busy. Congrats, you just keep getting better and better with minimal mods

Airflow went up from 44@6800 to 45@6800 and 50@7500 corrections at .98 to 1.01
50lbs/min is great stock like you said maxes around 44lbs/min. You've got 50 hp gains roughly right there. Probably more due to the factory intake dropping off hard past 6800.

I'm currently seeing 46 lbs/min now vs 44 I was seeing before my Pmas intake. I'm hoping for 51-52lbs/min with the GT350 manifold.

Those that have bought JDM Engineering's install kit...do they provide any vacuum hose accessories or would I still need to source that out with this GT350 manifold swap?
The kit was great IMO.. the only thing was there was a evap bolt missing in the kit

Don't remember since I haven't been following the 350 manifold but some company mentioned developing a way to mount the stock engine cover to the 350 manifold...did they? Are they still working on it?
