@left4taco I want to agree with @br_an but there was a time when I could only have 1 car and was trying to maximize my lifestyle on a fixed income (military). So I was towing a boat with a gt convertible. In hindsight, those were some of the best times of my life. Do what you have to do to get by. You only live once.

This is a fair point. Can you recommend a good trunk rack? The old fox body conv and notch back cars all had them from the factory and I used it often.

I actually was able to haul stuff home from Lowe's when I had my Eco convertible, roof down, throw in ladder, hose caddy, etc.. That option is gone now. But it was pretty nice to have.

I have a trailer hitch. I couldnt use the bike rack I bought for my Ebike though, the ebike is too big and heavy so ive never even used my hitch. The hitches weight is in the right place though for increasing traction and making the car more balanced but I dont know if it actually makes any difference. Its about 35 lbs as low and as far back as possible on the car.

How much does the ebike weigh? ! The tounge max weight is 200 lb and can probably handle 400.

Mine is 70 lbs but the frame is not straight so the front wheel is like 3 inches off the ground when its mounted on this carrier
