I'm hitting 68 soon to be, but I don't own a mustang 🐎 anymore, I had 2 of them in the past years. I bought my daughter her graduation present, a new 2021 GT S550 with the A_401 package. She did all the research, I just made the purchase 🙄. So I'm on here to stay updated on what goes on, later on down the road she wants it booster 😳. I guess it runs in the DNA !😁.

I am 65. My first Mustang was a 2008 V6 convertible I bought used in 2008. My second is the 2018 Ecoboost coupe I am driving everyday now. My third Mustang is a 1973 base 5.0 liter convertible that needs a total restoration.

My first car was a 1972 Mach 1 ("Butterscotch" seemed to be the color of that year) that I got from my father. I was 16. Now, 50 years older, my last car (because internal combustion engines and manual transmissions are becoming extinct) is a 50-year-later Mach 1.

I enjoy the symmetry.

Yes. Yes we do. So do our old cars. Not that we don't like our S550s.

Nice! A real L72 is only going to appreciate. I had a 65 396 that my brother and I rebuilt with a replacement engine. So it wasn't original and not worth a lot. But it was a lot of fun to drive back in the 80s.

Sold these after I got the Bullitt. I’m now 81 and had to start simplifying my life as well making things easier for my wife should I suddenly exit the scene… Bruce

73 years old, will be 74 in 45 days. The younger guys (18 to 22) in the Mustangs club say things like “Wow! What a waste an old guy like you owning a car like that“ and “Let me drive it and I”ll show you what the car can do!” My first thought is to say F U! But then I think, wait! when I was their age I thought the same thing! It’s just the cycle of life! My cars give me much happiness and I really enjoy them. I look forward to getting up every day and doing something with them, driving or detailing! I enjoy both.
