When adding a supercharger and gaining say about 100 torque on the car , how noticeable is that much torque in the drive? And when do you feel/notice it the most?

Horsepower is a derived figure...
100 more ft-lbs at 6000 rpm is 114 HP. You only need about 88 ft-lbs at the same rpm to get 100 HP. PD superchargers tend to evenly increase torque across the rev range. With a high-revving engine like the Coyote, that means more HP as the revs climb.
Meanwhile i'm on 2 mile tracks staring at drag racers going "Ok great you went straight for 8 seconds."Magazine-Racer Lives Matter!
That's kind of poetic. Fair enough. For those 10 seconds or less, I'm free.
Coyotes55086: 100 lb. ft. Is very noticeable. If you are considering a blower, my advice is to stop considering and start installing...you will LOVE it!When adding a supercharger and gaining say about 100 torque on the car , how noticeable is that much torque in the drive? Lol. Come on man, you know they were originally 1.6 litres...getting gapped by 1.3L miatas with open headers and 140hp. *slow claps*
Im sure they're formidable given their popularity in that sport.Lol. Come on man, you know they were originally 1.6 litres...
I remember many moons ago gapping āvettes (new at the time) on the auto cross track with just a lowly 1.8L Miata with full exhaust. Yea, them 185 60r14 tires ripped. Tight course. No long straights.
